Good morning eternal sunshine that is Phoenix.  Sun Salutations to the morning east rising sun as we start another day.

Being that it is a full moon tonight of course I will be on the mountain, watching the sun set as the moon rises.   Then visit for a full moon gathering with one of my greatest mentors, Shenayda Deane.   Keep in contact for more up to date events and to make an appointment with me please email and check availability for wanders, hikes, home cookin, and more events to come 😉

I’m heading downtown to visit the Phoenix arts community tomorrow for First Friday art walk already,  music in the park, it’s a beautiful spring day!

Freestyle Yoga & Sunset Meditation @ Civic Spacz Jam

Thanks to the collaborative efforts of http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=102843903138867  May 22. 2011. The event known as Civic Spacz Jam has been brining DJs of PHX to the park once a month for quite some time.  I was fortunate to be involved in this event to share some yoga during sunset alongside some beats from the turntables.

Thank you to all who came out for this event and for those who joined into the sharing of yoga.  I look forward to more gatherings within our community to open our hearts, minds and souls to the connectedness of spirit within and all around!
