I am a healing artists, having practiced yoga for over 15 years, my teaching is inspired by multiple areas of study including Ayurveda, Anusara, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kriya & Kundalini Yoga.
Healing & Living Arts services include personalized yoga instruction, nutrition & healthful living coaching & support, adventure tourism, travel & retreat coordination.
What is Yoga with Asha Vie?
Yoga is Union. Through the practice of yoga I hope to encourage a:
* Yoga with Self – Through unique private yoga lessons designed specifically for you. The focus of this instruction is to nourish & encourage the importance of your daily practice. The most important aspect of yoga practice is one’s union with the self. By developing an understanding of one’s own body, mind, and spirit, we may better connect to our environment, others around us, and the spirit within and around us.
* Yoga with Nature – Through practicing yoga within one’s own environment such as on a mountain top, by a lake, in a backyard – outside – in nature! The Focus of this instruction is to encourage yoga practice in natural settings and assist the development a personal daily practice.
* Yoga with Partner – Through postures that are balancing and supportive, to develop trust, love and support for others by practicing yoga with a partner. Our relationship with others enriches our lives, and in yoga, we may experience the benefits of counterbalancing yoga postures through practice with a partner.
