Phoenix Natural Medicine & Detox Center Need a colonic?  I sure can say that post baby, I did.  (TMI?)  For those of you who can appreciate this service, this is the place to have it done!  Other natural services for health and a dispensary are located in downtown Phoenix.
Yoga education and resources:  
 SouthWest Institute of Healing Arts SWIHA I received my Yoga Teacher Training here and loved the experience!  It is inclusive of massage and numerous other healing philosophies.  Their clinics are affordable and offered by students in training.  Also, SWINA – their sister school for Aesthetics is a great place to pamper on a budget!
Ayurveda:
The Chopra Center Dosha Quiz : Take a Dosha quiz with this easy online tool.  For interested clients, Dosha related nutrition and healing practices will be applied to health consultations.
Bastyr Center for Natural Health: Located in Seattle, WA for the Naturopathic N.D. program is an affordable (and insurance accepting) avenue for health.  The dispensary is incredible, and there is also an Ayurvedic and Acupuncture Clinic available, this has been a great resource for my postpartum path to health.
